Well she has been off the road for about 12 months.....and she is finally close to being up and running,,,,she is in the middle of getting a new paint job:) Same colour, but what had happened was the clear had all lifted on the boot, and on the roof the paint had faded so badly that there wasnt even a shine on it. Well she is now in the undercoat stage and i cant WAIT to get her back,,,,i have missed her so much:)
Thankyou Lea for popping by my blog and leaving a message for me. I do agree with you girls colours are easy but i brought soem material from US and Leigh picked some he liked, i asked his preference for colours and just went out and chose a whole heap...he was very happy with what i chose and i would like to get some chocolate for the outer borders...but im loving it, it is very easy to do actually:)

Just a quick pop in to share with you what makes me happy:)
SInce ive been sick (its already over 12months since i lost my hearing) i havent been game enough to get back on the treadmill or to exert myself too much because i was scared of (well its always in the back of my mind) having a relapse. Anyway, ive been wanting to do the couch to 5km running plan....but have lacked the incentive, anyway i digress as usual:) I got on the tready today and i ran over 3km for 25mins at an average speed of 9.1km..i was stoked.......however, when i like to jog outside im flat out running for 5 mins non stop let alone 25:)
Anyway that made me happy today,,,,it was a very stressful day at work today but my session made me feel good.
Another awesome part of my day is coming home to my puppies....ahhhhh they are so cute and make me smile so much......winnie climbs on my back and pretends he is a goat:) Lexxii springs up to my face and tries to give me sloppy doggy kisses....as cute as you are no thanks sweetiexx
I was spoilt today, Leigh came in and promptly decided he was cooking tea, he outdid himself...he is right into shepherd piey kinda things,,,hmmm is that even a word:) Anyway tonight he made the meaty stuff, mashed spud and he put the spud in our little bowls to made a spud mould then he filled it with meat....he popped it onto the plate so it looked like a little rice mould and a slice of cheese melted over the top....slurp.....and when you put your fork into it...surprise...there was the meat...should have taken a pic...im so slack with photos lately....must try to keep the camera out...i use my little point and shoot now and its nearly always closeby...im going to put up a pick of my quilt as im going:) This is Leighs quilt...i must say im already itching to make Zoe's and a new one for me...or even some little flannelette backed ones for the couch to snuggle under for winter:) That'll do for today, id like to play with the BAS tonight and maybe some quilting:)

I feel Brilliant!

Just saying:) I have had such an awesome day today:) Hubby and i were going to go to the gym but we decided to work in the garden instead. I have a couple of areas in the garden that need a little tlc but we attacked the main area at the front and boy it looks awesome! We ended up doing the backyard as well. So the puppies have a new kennel now that is slighty smaller and cosier thatn their last one.
I will come back and finish this post after as i have a few things to do tonight on the computer. Im looking forward to *playing* with my computer...i still need to re add all my bloglines from my hard drive as since it has been sick i have yet to make my computer mine again:) Catchya later:)
